Minimum Order & Reorder

• Floral $250.00. Boutique $150.00. Fragrant Candles & Accessories $150.00. Home Accessories $150.00. By meeting the minimum on florals no minimum is required on other items.
• No minimum reorder.

Terms

• All first time orders are prepaid only.
• Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover or check prior to production.
• Credit cards will be processed once order is placed in production.
• Net 30 upon credit approval after first time order.
• All orders are F.O.B. Atlanta, Georgia.
• Late payments are subject to 5% late fee charge plus all collection/attorney fees.
• $25.00 fee for returned checks.
• A 50% restocking fee for all orders canceled at time of shipment or production.

• Sometimes natural materials may slightly vary in color from the image.  If you have a question about color variations please contact us before ordering.

Backorders

• All backorders will be shipped as soon as possible and will be kept on file unless cancelled in writing by customer prior to shipping.

Claims or Returns

• Please ensure you make all damage claims WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt.
• Retain cartons and all packing materials.
• Call 404-327-8008 with tracking number from carton in question for return approval.
• Please inspect all handbags & accessories upon arrival. Bougainvillea is not responsible for damages on apparel after 5 days.
• Florals are fragile and Bougainvillea is not responsible for breakage after shipment has arrived.
• Bougainvillea does not guarantee the lifetime of our product, or liable for damages caused by our product.
• All sales are final. 

Ship Time

• Florals 4-6 weeks
• All other items immediate shipment

Freight

• All shipments FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight for oversized cartons.
• A residential surcharge of $50.00 for FedEx National Freight (pallet shipments).
